Meth is a sickening substance made in a sickening process from toxic chemicals. It and crack cocaine exist and have a market specifically because of the War on (some) Drugs. Absent the War on (some) Drugs, meth and crack would disappear instantly.

Any candidate who doesn't realize that is not qualified to be dog catcher let alone President.
