Get the governments of the USA out of income tax and back to excise and import/export tax only, as the Constitution says.

This would automatically clean up 90% of government and economic problems throughout the USA:

Bring jobs back; bring up quality; make government regulate foreign trade fairly, etc.

Just perfectly stated--thanks for sharing this with us again...isn't it sad that it is still just as relevant now? Completely relevant.
