As survivor of the '60's I realize that marijuana is associated with excess & debauchery. That was our fault. Not MJ's. The excess,born of rebellion, & so on came from our hearts. MJ did not place it there. Many died from other drugs, especially some of our icons & heroes like Hendrix, Elvis, Morrison, Joplin...but not one hippie died from an MJ overdose. Also if you do your research you will find that the school shootings were done by kids, some of who who were on Rx drugs. It is oxymoronic that Drug Free School Zones are filled with kids on Rx drugs.

The USA needs to wake up. Those who profit from the war on drugs are criminals, even those in positions of influence who take their bribes. But the Rx industry has killed a lot more with legal drugs than the garbage the pushers sell. But what about the private prison industry? The fed & local governments who receive fed $? They are part of those who want to see the war on drugs go full steam, regardless of the consequences to non-violent offenders, especially MJ users.

MJ does not belong in the category of dangerous drugs.

Cannabis & hemp have a history 1,000's of years in the making. If it were truly the killer drug of Reefer Madness notoriety we would know. And few would be stupid enough to use it.
