Falling housing prices will be "compensated" by increasing inflation making dollars worth less, and therefore requiring more to buy a house. Somewhere a "happy" medium will occur. Either way the seller (owner) is screwed! Hummmm, so is the buyer if he cares about conserving his dollars.
