http://www.freeradio.org - We have three FM radio transmitters that work well and can have up to a 3 miles radius (half a mile is normal - great for a college campus distribution of liberty propaganda :)

Many of the radio transmitters come in kits from China and you can be broadcasting to your neighborhood for under $300.

If under 3 watts you are likely legal... see above link for details and training.

We have interesting plans for the future :)
