That is freaking ridiculous. Either there was an enormous Rhodium bubble, it is only used in making catalytic converters and people figure the days of Americans following air pollution laws/regs is over or someone either found an enormous Rhodium strike or a new process that extracts large quantities of Rhodium from waste.
