It sure sounds like a lot of money but compared to prescription drugs it's still probably cheap. And I don't know any medical marijuana laws that specify where or or you secure the product, so.....
That's higher than the cost of the actual ounce itself.... which goes for maybe $80 or so (at least here in Phoenix)... I doubt the black market is going to come back above ground with an economic incentive like this to remain hidden. Advice to pot smokers? Don't get excited about this... the drug war isn't over, it's just morphing into something new and more deceptively predatory.

California is talking about doing the same. Funny how politicians who sanctimoniously passed draconian legislation to protect us from the evils of weed are eager to embrace it as a cash cow, now that most of their herd is dead.
