Last year, the federal budget was $2.9 trillion. By next year's elections, the federal budget will be over $4 trillion. What will it be by 2012?

Right now, you can bet there are Party functionaries going around to every beneficiary of porkulus money with loyalty pledges and donor envelopes.

Good luck fund raising against that.
