Can't tell much about the details from the story...But what is really telling is the attitude of the (mostly) LEOs that have left comments about the story.
I can't see where this man committed any crime...but most of the comments tell the real story of how many cops think. "You don't obey me you get tased" and if you die...too damned bad. Other comments referring to those they are to serve as "the Retarded Public" speaks volumes.
