A Crime of Cowardice: The Unjust Imprisonment of Scott Molen - by Will Grigg

• Pro Liberate

This was probably not the product of an oversight, but rather a deliberately deceptive partial disclosure by an opportunistic prosecutor: The bloodstained underwear were discovered when the purported victim, a pre-pubescent girl, was living in Phoenix, Arizona, nearly 1,000 miles from the man accused of molesting her.

I never knew the Molens' personally but after reading what happened, I came to believe this was a truly terrible miscarriage of justice and that an innocent man sits in prison for a crime he never committed.  I hope someone who CAN do something will read about his case and care.  Both Scott and his wife Connie, recently deceased while visiting him in prison, are decent and good people.  If ever there was a case crying out for someone to look at the details, this is it.  People just don't realize how easy it is to falsely accuse someone of this kind of case and have them put away forever.   There are, unfortunately, people who will lie and encourage children to lie about sex abuse.
