To begin with Ted admitted to being a Socialist you cant be a Socialist and be a patriot. Also a patriot does not endorse or support things that goes against our bill of rights ( ie gun control). So yes Ted did vote and support many things which have chipped away at our Freedoms. May he rot in HELL
