They are showing a scheduling conference for Oct. 5, 2009.....It makes no refrence to Expidited Discovery

It is a lot better written story than the WND article....and dosn't have all of the anoying popups on wnd.

Two days ago, in your report (WND), you made no mention of “Expedited Discovery” which is more important than ‘some’ trial set in January.

Expedited Discovery, meaning BO’s records would be (could be) released within the next few days would be a great victory.  However I can’t find any conformation that this was granted. Anyone have anything more on this the only evidence I see now is hear-say.

In my opinion the trial set for January will never happen…just like the other motions scheduled with The Supreme Court…..They evaporated.
