Fiscal responsibility....bwaaa haaaa....

So lets see if I have this strait?  We have a huge deficit.  Obama proceeds to add trillions in spending to the deficit.  The Chinese investors grow concerned.  So Obama will now decide to cease -- for now -- spending what has not yet been spent.  Aren't you relieved?  Fiscal responsibility at last.  Can we sell you more bonds now?
