Cop pleads guilty to punching handcuffed suspect in mouth
• BNDAn East St. Louis police officer pleaded guilty Tuesday to violating the civil rights of a handcuffed suspect he punched in the mouth.
Antonio McWherter, 47, of Belleville, faces up to a year in prison and a fine up to $100,000 when he is sentenced later on charge, a federal crime.

i believe in fare play since he hit the handcuffed person i think that person has a right to a baseball bat and that cop chained to a wall and let the games begin
