First of all Mr. Attorney, where do the road nazies get their authority to stop members of the general public unless there is a crime being committed or they are "driving, trafficking, or operating a motor vehicle, all legal terms pertaining to commerce? How about the first article of the Constitution, even in your own state which I would bet 98% of the road pirates don't even know what it is even though they signed an oath to protect.
