What are we going to do with higher taxes looming? And higher grocery bills, higher utility bills and higher college costs? This whole state budget thing around the country -- and especially in Pennsylvania -- is going to leave a lot of people wondering, "Who is thinking about the red ink and budget problems in my house?" Budgeting is one thing; a budget crisis is another. The state budget in Pennsylvania is definitely going to affect people in a lot of ways, both at home and throughout the community.
