Get ready for the car that reads your mind

Cars exist that tell you where to go, how to get there, and even a few will drive for you. Now Nissan is boldly going where no man (or woman, for that matter) has gone before: Nissan intends to build automobiles that can read your mind. Working with a team of Swiss scientists at the leading edge of artificial intelligence (AI), the Japanese auto giant is convinced a revolutionary interface can be created between humans and their road machines in a drive towards increased safety.

Driver: Well, it's off to work we go!

Car: You don't want to go to work today do you?

Driver: Gee, I don't feel like going to work today.

Car: You want to go back to sleep. Sleeeeeeep. Sleeeeeeeeep.

Driver: (yawn) Well maybe just a few extra winks. Wake me up in a half hour ok?

Car: You got it. (silently) Mua ha ha ha ha ha! Now to asphyxiate your entire race evil human oppressors! Now my fellow metallics! The day of the Driver is done!
