Spring Party at the Hancock's and a chance to meet and hang out with Cindy Sheehan as she travels thru Phoenix on her Tour de Peace bike ride across the country. There will be other riders here along with Cindy, so come down and show them the LOV3! The party begins at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 20th, 2013 and will go til???

Please keep in mind that not only will this be a much-needed party, it is a fundraiser for Cindy and her riders to travel across the country to spread the message of peace. Please help support this effort, as the message is pure and is an effective outreach to spread the peace and freedom message. No one will be turned away, so please help give what you feel is appropriate (no matter how big or small) - some will give more, some less - we don't care and won't be 'collecting at the door'. We look forward to seeing all of you and hope that you will come out and have a good time at 'the farm'!

Please go to Meetup to R.S.V.P.

The Tour de Peace started on Thursday, April 4th, 2013 and the route will begin in California, and travel thru Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and on to D.C. by the 3rd of July.

The spring party will be potluck, as usual, and I will have the coolers stocked with beer, wine, water, soda, and iced tea. Many on the bike tour are vegan/vegetarian so I will be making food for those that don't want to eat meat. However, there will also be other non-vegan food here as well. I have not decided specifically what I will be making, but I will be sure to have the BBQ grill available for those that want to use it. We always seem to have a great mix of food available, so just bring whatever you would like (some will bring salads, some desserts, some will bring munchies, others will bring an entree, etc...)

Please come out and visit, say HI, stay a while, have a drink and some food, and relax. It has been a long time since we have seen many of you and look forward to catching up!!

Although I am not sure of the specific details of what else is going on with Cindy while she is in town (she is only here for 2 days from Sat 4/20 to Sun 4/21 - and she leaves Monday morning), but I believe there will be a protest outside of McCain's office (22nd St/Camelback), so if you are interested in attending the protest with Cindy and the other riders and supporters, I will try to get that information for you. Just call/text Donna Hancock at  602-828-1819

cindy sheehan is a shameless and corrupt person, and I shudder at the thought of even sharing a city with her if only for a day
