Tucson Arizona was completely covered (05/21/2013) with huge amounts of man-made clouds which are a product of Weather-Manipulation patented by the United States Government under the name "Stratospheric Geo-Engineering" otherwise called Chemtrails! This is not really a Geo-Engineering project as they say it is because the purpose of this spray is definitally not for the people's good! This is a product made out of Three types of powdered toxic metals (Aluminum, Barrium and Strontium) which they release out of the back of airplanes into the air which allows them to use the HAARP array by putting huge amounts of electricity up into the air through the powdered metals!
