This video has a huge number of issues. One, the continental plates are not shaped like the land above the water. What is above the water is what is above sea level. There is still land below the sea. Two, the Earth cannot create its own mass. Three, even with tons of particles a day raining from space each day there is not enough to expand the Earth the way it displays. Four, the video claims there lands do not have to be shifted or changed to fit together, yet the video shows land masses shifting to fit together.
