Since this joker, Sterling Wheaton, is still a cop, after having at least several lawsuits against him, the question is "Why?" How is it that cops remain cops after something like this? He's not the only one. Is it the strong police union? If it is, isn't it time the union starts to pay for the crimes the cops commit?
