The new title is extremely misleading, and suspicious. The article originated at the daily caller, and more accurately is titled "newspaper conglomerate CONSIDERS building massive database of gunowners". This means that the reporter for freedoms phoenix, Gammil, took out the word 'considers' for the obvious effect of dramatizing the subject more for the readers! Not to mention there is a note at the end of the article saying:
