Trouble is, attorneys for folks harmed by cops find it hard to get the idea of jury nullification across at a trial. It might cost them their license.
In some cases, a jury is so incensed at the idea of something - like marijuana usage - that they don't care about rights. It'll come back to bite them sometime.
The power that the black robbed devil, (judge) and prosecutor has over the jury is in direct proportion to the jury's ignorance.
