In a disgusting display of totalitarianism, Daytona Police descended upon a group of Good Samaritans who were feeding homeless people.

These repugnant tyrants, have an ordinance which makes it illegal for folks to try and feed the homeless.

Apparently the city wishes to hold a monopoly on charity. According to Police Chief Mike Chitwood, if you want to feed the homeless, you have to do it through their monopoly....
