So far: Douchebag kills six people. Three of them with a knife. He was under multiple psychiatric care providers when he bought his guns. He has been under psychiatric care since he was 8 years old...he died at 22. Law enforcement had been questioning him multiple times over his life regarding his behavior. Deputies had confronted him three separate times in 2014 alone before he bought his guns. Laws and law enforcement and healthcare providers can't stop this. Victims are unarmed. Victims can be armed, but armed may not be victims. The only way to stop the shootings is a substantial population going around armed. Even better if concealed because then such creeps don't know from whence it comes.
