Despite scoring a 100% on his training exam, he was denied a job because FAA DEI policies determined he didn't have the right skin color.

He is now part of a class action lawsuit with nearly 1,000 others filed against the FAA.

Mr Brigida just spoke out about the disaster and blasted the FAA stating:
