Any time Trump wants to get rid of the national debt, all he has to do in cancel it. Congress is too mixed on this idea to block him. Nobody will test the strength of the US by going to war over what is a fake debt anyway. The debt is money that the banking system created and then gave to their European owners. So it is really the banking-system/European-owners that owe the debt money to the US.
