It seems that Trump is playing a dual role. He is trying to pacify Putin at the same time he is trying to pacify Western Europe. Both Z and Putin are set in their ways. And Putin has nukes - Oreshnik and Burevestnik. Burevestnik is a cruise missile that has an atomic engine, and can stay aloft for many days flying at 300 feet altitude so that it can't be seen by radar. These two, plus the standard ICBMs, plus nuclear subs, can all carry a nuclear payload. Putin could wipe Ukraine off the face of the earth by this time tomorrow if he wanted. Sure hope Trump knows what he is doing.
