Severe flash flooding in Globe, Arizona has left at least three people dead, swept away vehicles and over a thousand propane tanks, forced the closure of U.S. Highway 60, damaged homes, schools, and businesses, and prompted a state of emergency as rescue and cleanup efforts continue.
