On October 12, at approximately 11 am, I heard Neal Boortz make the following statement on his radio program while talking to Hermann Cain.  He said that he was listening to Mark Levine on his radio program and heard a neuro surgeon call in and make the following statement.

 

He said that he went to a medical conference in Washington, D.C. and while there he was given a paper that was instructing the surgeons as to what their new instructions would be once Obamacare was fully implicated.  First it said that their clients would not be referred to as patients, but rather as “units”.  The next thing would be that if any of these “units” developed a bleeding in the brain that they were not to operate.  They are to simply make them comfortable, but they are not to perform surgery.
