If a property tax is approved by vote of the [sovereign] citizens, is it then legal ?

Note that you have to fight the people who are attacking you. And not fight them on their grounds of their office. Why not? Because if they are acting against the law, they arr not acting ion their office position. They are only tricking other officials into thinking they are acting within their official limits. Use the law to shut down all their illegal activities.
