Item: Current president of Colombia has called for legalization of MJ to help his country and mostly Mexico.  Former President of Mexico - Vicente Fox - calls for legalization of all  drugs to destroy the cartels and that helps Mexico.

Item: Many states have or are in planning stages to reduce drug sentences to reduce prison population. Kentucky is good example.

Item: With Arizona and Delaware now with med MJ - 1/3 of the United States citizens can legally possess marijuana for medical reasons at the state level.
