Mark Warden is serving his first term in the New Hampshire legislature. As a Republican from Goffstown, Mark serves on the Criminal Justice & Public Safety committee in the House. Along with 4 other liberty-leaning legislators, he co-founded the Natural Rights Council, a bi-partisan caucus dedicated to preserving and defending the state constitution and personal freedom in legislative matters.
After his first year in the legislature, Warden was awarded “Legislator of the Year” by the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, an independent, non-partisan citizens watchdog group.Mark is a REALTOR by trade and has worked in the residential real estate and home-building business for the last 15 years. Inspired by the Free State Project, he moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to New Hampshire in 2007.
