Derrick is a computer programmer from Maine, and an organizer of the Maine Hacker Club, a loosely associated group of Hardware and Software hackers in Bangor. Having previously developed the Silver Calculator App for Windows phone, he is continuing to try to make slavery obsolete through promotion and development of disruptive technologies. He is now the primary developer of MeowBit, software which allows easy use of decentralized dot-bit websites on Windows systems. Derrick recently ran for Town Council on Orono, Maine using material blatantly ripped off from Ernie Hancock's “Still Voting?” campaign.
