Kelly is the brother of former Environment Minister Alan Kelly and served as Hillary Clinton's economic envoy to Northern Ireland from 2009-2011, when she was US Secretary of State.
Bill Clinton was a paid adviser to Teneo until the end of 2011, when he became a "friend and unpaid adviser to Teneo and its founders," a spokesperson previously told Politico.
In a 12-page memo from 2011, Band writes: "Since President Clinton left office, I have sought to leverage my activities, including my partner role at Teneo, to support and to raise funds for the Foundation."

Short Summary
Ben Stone told me his thoughts on a "Freedom Bed & Breakfast" at his home on 18 February 2017. I met Dan Sullivan the next day to get this project started. We expect to have the preliminary work done in about 60 days.
Our team consists of Dan Sullivan, coder; Ben Stone, originator; Jim Davidson, marketing & business operations.
Our goal is to help hosts evaluate freedom travellers and offer them places to stay, for whatever fee they choose to charge.
We want to bring freedom activists together while keeping travel funds among our community as much as possible. We also want to free the slaves, stop the wars, end the state.
What We Need & What You Get
We have begun coding. We expect to spend about $12,000 on the first three months of coding, plus $10,000 for marketing, offshore hosting, business operations, and contingencies.
We will use our best security tools to keep user info private.
Contributors get a free membership in the site.
We offer books from Ben Stone & Jim Davidson.
All funds raised go to site & app coding until our goal is met.
The Impact
Imagine if 200,000 liberty enthusiasts spent $2,000 a year with others in our community instead of on hotels and restaurants. That would be $400,000,000 a year! We want our app to facilitate that change.
We'll encourage hosts to accept digital funds, silver, cash, etc.
Our team has worked on freedom projects for decades.
We want to be the leaders in freedom travel.

We believe the coding challenges have been met before, so our main risk is timing. It may take longer to get it done, but we are confident we can complete the work.
All three of us have coding backgrounds.
