Open carry, or concealed is legal,without any license or permit within the 50 states, see 2nd ammendment & Bill of Rights.
ALL gun laws which restrict the people in any way to have the means of protecting themselves and others as well as protecting this country are null and void, and should have never been written or introduced as Bills. These are acts of treason against a free republic.
