California is also experiencing an exodus! Between high taxes, fuel and housing costs, for many, the California dream is dead.

But, but, but !!!! Who's gonna pay all them taxes to make up for the $3 billion shortfall? After all, marginal cuts in service aren't going to solve it. Or even slow the hemorrhage down.
