50 Afghans believed to be drug traffickers with ties to the Taliban
have been placed on a Pentagon target list to be captured or killed,
reflecting a major shift in American counternarcotics strategy in Afghanistan, according to a Congressional study to be released this week.
Ain't the US wonderful? First, they create the demand, then they require the demand and now, they're going after it all. No doubt this is going to be a war within a war now or a war on top of a war, I guess we can say this is a two-story war...Only in America!

This is an understandable use of governmental resources when one steps back qand realizes the government, in general, and the CIA, specifically, needs to eliminate the competition to maintain its market share
