Douglas and Hugo Black 2. We have become a nation of dim-bulbs. 3. One he got wrong should have been right; "Who regulates interstate commerce?" - The State Government. 4. I wonder where Kenny Hignite is today. I think today, even if they could give a test as "tough" as this one, they'd skip the Second Amendment. Maybe the Ninth and Tenth as well.
When I read the test, a few things came to mind;
