Not wanting to be upstaged by the AWOL Wisconsin Flee-bagging senators, a group of Arizona “I’m-unhappy-with-the-way-the-elections-turned-out” types have banded together and now want to take our little broke Pima County and secede from the state. Awesome. TUCSON, Ariz. – A group of Tucson attorneys says our state legislature has grown so conservative that they want Pima County to secede from Arizona to form a new state. The political committee, Start Our State, says they aren’t joking and it’s not a political stunt either. The group says Arizona’s leaders have slashed education funds, embraced extremism and federal law.
