A couple of months ago, we profiled a Manhattan journalist who becomes an exotic dancer at night to pay her bills.

The story sparked other reporter-turned-stripper, or vice-versa, stories. Now Russia Today has profiled the same anonymous reporter we did. "The only way to have complete job security in the US these days is to strip," concludes Russia's English language news channel.

So let me get this straight... The "new" American dream is to let yourself be exploited in the sex industry in order to have stable job and good income... Right, got it. Far cry from what our parents thought was the American dream. To become a self-made man or business owner.

I heard one of the many lined up for last week's big mega-millions jackpot saying the same thing "this is the American dream".

Wow, we've fallen very, very far in just a couple generations.
