Indiegogo has cancelled our off-site crowd-funding campaign after a TOS review, refunding the $2,000 we raised in 22 days.
We disagree with their reading of their terms and are disappointed
sorely by their choice to not facilitate a serious effort at the
frontiers of free speech. Online crowd-funding should be a public, above
board way of demonstrating to the world the worth of any project. But
the ideas represented by the Wiki Weapon are challenging. With apologies
to confused contributors, we currently offer the following methods for
