Indiegogo has cancelled our off-site crowd-funding campaign after a TOS review, refunding the $2,000 we raised in 22 days. We disagree with their reading of their terms and are disappointed sorely by their choice to not facilitate a serious effort at the frontiers of free speech. Online crowd-funding should be a public, above board way of demonstrating to the world the worth of any project. But the ideas represented by the Wiki Weapon are challenging.
