State Senator Evie Hudak, is expected to resign on Wednesday to avoid a successful recall campaign from moving forward. Her resignation will allow democrats to keep a majority in the senate, a seat that would be lost to republicans if she were to face and lose the recall. Hudak becomes the 3rd Colorado democrat to be thrown out of office since the state passed illegal, draconian gun measures earlier this year.

 

The colorado republican Chairman, Ryan Call, refused to support the recalls, and in this most recent attempt, publicly discouraged the effort.

The grassroots in Colorado is powerful. But the GOP here is still controlled by shills.
