Elon has made real time enterprise systems for running his companies and making his employees more productive. Could it be possible to eliminate 75% of the 3 million employees of the federal government and make the government more responsive and productive? Staff could be reduced to about 700,000 people. If 75% were eliminated and the remaining positions had higher (double?) salaries for more productive employees, then the government would get closer to the private sector or Singapore government model. New IT systems could be created for a truly realtime and fast response and high functioning government.
