Today several us showed up for the case of Eason v. Indymac bank. I was, for the first time in my life, impressed by a judge. Judge Buttrick was actually concerned with following the law and doing the right thing. In court? I had never seen that done before and if you know who I am you understand that I have seen a lot of trials and been involved in more than my share. I was almost speechless afterwards. The judge was biased toward doing the right thing and reaching a fqair conclusion. He did not even appear to be concerned that the banks might not like him. What the hell did I just write?

On Sunday May 24, 2009 at 11am in Liberty State Park, NJ, 44 year old Bicyclist Michael Maresco, will begin a 63 day - 4000 mile journey across the continental United States of America.  While traversing the country on a modified WalMart Schwinn, Mr. Maresco will meet with Governors and County Sheriffs to discuss their vital roles in preserving citizens’ liberty and a constitutionally correct Rule of Law.

During the past several months in the American press, the Democrats have frequently denounced the Republicans as Nazis due to their attempts to control runaway federal spending. How very ironic. I remember the Nazis. Let me share a little about them and recall some of their exploits.

First of all, "Nazi" was gutter slang for the verb "to nationalize". The Bider-Mienhoff gang gave themselves this moniker during their early struggles. The official title of the Nazi Party was "The National Socialist Workers Party of Germany". Hitler and the Brownshirts advocated the nationalization of education, health care, transportation, national resources, manufacturing, distribution and law enforcement.

Brother and Sister Patriots:     The recent acceleration of the federal government's pace of annexing new powers, all at the expense of our liberty, mandates all Americans to seize every opportunity to shore up our defenses and arm ourselves for our essential counter attack.  These unfortunate developments have forced me to come out of my back room activities in the Truth Attack operations to make this vital and urgent appeal.

In an affront to all those who thought they voted for a peace candidate, the current president will be sending another $106 billion we don’t have to continue the bloodshed in Afghanistan and Iraq, without a hint of a plan to bring our troops home.

Many of my colleagues who voted with me as I opposed every war supplemental request under the previous administration seem to have changed their tune.
