Claims are made that auditing the Fed would compromise its independence. However, by independence, they really mean secrecy. The
Fed clearly cherishes its vast power to create and spend trillions of
dollars, diluting the value of every other dollar in circulation,
making deals with other central banks, and bailing out cronies, all to
the detriment of the taxpayer, and to the enrichment of themselves. I am happy to challenge this type of “independence”.
Well it looks like the court was being to friendly to Bill Eason so the case was removed from the state level and sent to the FEDERAL level. Are we touching a nerve? The Attorney at the case for IndyMac was sooo confident that this was something that could be taken care of in 20 minutes? Being this was such a "Simple" case according to the defendants attorney why was this remanded to the federal level. Looks like the defendant - Indy Mac wouldn't be able to produce the note in the 7 days as stipulated by the court. Otherwise they would just produce the note and the matter would be over!

First off, let me say my experience was short and sweet. There's my odd work schedule, there's the inevitable varueries of the timing and schedule of a bike ride and twice as inevitable communication challenges. By the time I established a firm idea of where they were and where they were going to be, I was able to jet up and catch them in Ash Fork, a tiny little town on I-40 East of Flagstaff.

So as I'm exiting the highway at Ash Fork I raise Ed on the cell and Ed says they are about 11 miles East of Ash Fork, so I have some waiting to do until they get here.

immediately divest himself of his corporate status if he no longer wishes Caesar
to be his lord. The hard cold facts are, because this group chose to
incorporate, their identity is no longer that of a church under Christ, but
rather a corporation under Caesar. And that's the law, both God's and
mans!

I am a contractor in az. And I have received sets of plans
to bid and construct 2 “readiness” centers for the fema/dept. of homeland
security. I would like to “put it out there” but are un-sure if I can without
legal problems or even should I ? what kind of a reaction will this get?
