Lt Eric Shine - Martial law and Coast Guard
Hour 1 - 3
Lt. Shine was up for promotion to Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy at the onset of the Gulf War when the “Coast Guard” filed charges against him, pulling him out of Federal District Court where he was prosecuting complaints against a number of Federal Contractors for Federal Contracting violations. The Coast Guard pulled him into what is clearly a Coast Guard military tribunal to quash the civil complaints, where the Coast Guard is claiming that Lt. Shine is instead of a Naval Officer, is a “civilian” within an Article 32 Coast Guard Military Tribunal. The Coast Guard, as a self-declared “Special” Branch of Military in the Department of Homeland Security, has been continuously prosecuting Eric, as alleged civilian since March 06, ‘03 for allegedly “being depressed.”
Coast Guard in retaliation tried to somehow connect Lt. Shine to Timothy McVeigh in the proceedings, although Lt. Shine has no such connection, and Coast Guard has gone as far as to put out a “Be On the Look Out” wanted or warning poster on Lt. Shine declaring that he may be “dangerous.” Al of this only in response to Lt. Shine’s whistle blowing and formal civil complaints about theft of U.S. Taxpayer/ Federal Funds from the Department of Transportation and Department of Defense and other federal authorities.
