Twelve-Yr-old Texas Girl Arrested for Making Bomb Threat at School

Police haul in a 12-year-old girl questioning her for 4 hours--before calling her mom. It all started when 3 other girls said they saw the girl write a bomb threat on the restroom wall.

It sure seems that the police screwed this 1 up. Not advising her of her rights and questioning with out a lawyer being present. maybe I am wrong but it would seem to be that there can be a law suit brought against the the police for violations of civil rights any comment let me know
