Mayor of New York City on September 11, 2001 when planes flew into the world trade centers and towers 1, 2 and 7 were subject controlled demolitions falling symetrically at the rate of free fall into the path of MAXIMUM resistance.  Building 7 fell 5:20pm as a classically imploded building when it was hit by neither plane nor debris and was reported to have fallen 20 minutes prior to the actual collapse by the BBC
