• Arizona RepublicTwo years ago, businesses that cater to Latinos in Mesa were hurt badly after a two-day crime sweep by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office aimed at undocumented immigrants and criminals.
During the sweep, many of those businesses saw sales plummet.
